About Us
Welcome to Coops boxing camp. On the 12th September 2011, ex professional boxer and now professional boxing coach opened the doors to the first of the new generation of boxing and fitness gym in Brockmoor, Brierley Hill, West Midlands. The boxing gym is right in the heart of the Midlands.
The gym contains 10 punching stations, full size boxing ring and four experienced coaches. It is also fully air conditioned.
Training sessions are open to people of all fitness and skill levels and trainees can benefit from improved:

- Punching power
- Conditioning
- Muscle tone
- Fat loss
- Stress reduction
